"Room & site beautiful. Spa nice. No adult pool. Indoor pool shower didn't work. Outdoor pool had trash by hot tub that was not picked up over the 4 hours I was there. Kids under 12 were there unsupervised. Only 1 sitdown restaurant available for bfast. No reservations. Wait time 60 min. Long lines at all pick up and go places. Restroom on main floor malfunctioned. Bellman & staff great but they need more people."

"Dollywood Dream More resort was a first class operation with excellent helpful staff, clean quiet rooms, and great amenities like trolley service to Dolly Wood Amusement Park, package service from the park to our hotel room, food and beverage service by the pool, and a great restaurant. We definitely will be returning."

"Bathroom was too small and shower had very high pressure. Even after complaining to the staff, issue was not resolved. We even requested for the change of room but they did not do that. They did not let me speak to the manager and gave me false hope that the manager will call me back, which never happened. Will not come here again"
