"after we had checked out. and were waiting in the lobby prior to us leaving the hotel for the airport we had asked the front desk personnel them to get us hot water for our thermos the gentleman told us no. Now we always stay their 2x a year and 2x while were are traveling around Osaka. The gentleman was not accomodating at all. leaving my husband extremely perturbed and we will probably no longer be staying or recommending our friends for this hotel we will be gladly be staying at the Swiss...
