"いつも利用してとても満足してましたが 今回は朝食のレストランのスタッフのスタート時間を尋ねたところ7時と言われ、散歩などして帰って来たら6:30スタートに気づき、ありえないです。 スタッフ教育がなってない 残念です。"

"Very clean, efficient, and comfortable. It was perfectly located for a late arrival at KIX and early departure by train to Kyoto (two minute walk from the airport across a bridge, you pass the train station on the way). Staff was courteous and breakfast was excellent at the price point."

"Hotel Okura is beautiful. I loved my view of the harbor from my room with the sparkling waters every morning. The location is very central to some popular tourist attractions including Meriken Park and it was very easy to get around on foot. We were able to visit the shopping malls nearby -- no more than 15 minutes away from the hotel. There are beautiful views very close by the hotel. The staff was very kind and pleasant. The room was clean and well maintained. I would stay here agin."
