"The property s centrally located in Schnecady, NY. The room had an extreme stale odor-old carpet odor. Breakfast was good, Parking excellent and staff were great."

"The young receptionist was sitting behind bullet proof glass and didn't greet us with a smile. She was very soft talker and I don't think she loved her job. Flyer at check in explained how they were collecting an additional $100 for security deposit for damages...that didn't seem very welcoming. The halls were marked up with plaster patches - the floor light didn't work in the room. There was only one bedside table - had to drag chair over to my side of the bed to put my photo and water. "The room was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. My only complaint is while the towels were large enough and very soft they did not absorb water very well. The was a very nice coffee shop in the hotel. The building is historical and they are still working on some of the details so anticipate things getting even better"

"Everything was great except the balcony It was very dirty and had about 4 spider 🕷 webs on it. In the night time there were about 3spiders crawling on the balcony"

"The air conditioner barely worked. The sink and bathroom were stained. The beds and linens were okay.The staff was pleasant."

"We had to ask for clean towels. The towels in the room were folded had hair on them and were stained. Bed was comfortable but bedding had burnt holes in them. I’d stay there again but would probably try a different Super Eight."

"There was hair in the bathtub. We couldn't get many channels on the TV. The breakfast was good! The coffee was weak. Carpets appeared to be worn need to be replaced."

"Check-in/checkout was easy. Staff were pleasant. The Airport Shuttle was convenient for airport arrival and departure. It was also available to take us to a nearby dinner restaurant and after a phone call, they retrieved us promptly. The shuttle drivers were knowledgeable about the areas and made us feel at ease, especially our 4:30 a.m. airport arrival. Room was adequate and quick, especially that it sits in a more woody area then the Hilton Spring Garden Hotel."

"I stayed here because I was going to a concert at Proctors Theatre and this hotel was only a short 8 minute walk to the theater. I was pleasantly surprised by the room for an inexpensive hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was reasonably comfortable the towels were fairly new and soft. The downside? The building on the outside could use some work and the area around the hotel was suspect. However, as you walk toward downtown it gets better quickly. Since I was only...
