"The room was perfect! The hotel staff and owner were so kind and very attentive. Their breakfast was really nice and they made sure you had fresh eggs if you wanted them. I found Villa Duse as one of the best places we stayed in Italy. It is a little off the beaten path but that is what made it so charming!"

"Best hotel and great location! All our activities started in Piazza del Popolo, so we ended up walking every day, and the neighborhood was great to walk around with wonderful restaurants. They cleaned our room every day. Even though there is not a receptionist there, the hotel was super helpful and communicative. LOVED this hotel and would return there if we were in Rome!"

"Modern and comfortable room but be prepared for odd steps and 2 man elevators to get to the top floor property in a residential building. The tenants are not happy with this in their building but seem to tolerate all of us with our luggage.
We found a shortcut from the building which is right off the park to the Spanish Steps piazza but it is not right on the subway line so beware."
