"Hotel Abruzzi is an absolute gem! The staff were wonderful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The location is ideal—situated right in the heart of things and within easy walking distance of various major monuments. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. If you are looking for a fantastic place to stay that puts you close to the sights with top-notch service, this is the place. Highly recommended!"
"When we arrived we noticed that the lobby and elevator were both very nasty. The room was extremely hot and smelled very badly, and there was almost no water pressure. The AC was never able to get the room even a little cool. A most miserable night. We booked as we wanted something close to the airport. Big mistake!"

"We stayed one night after our cruise. We were able to check in about an hour before the normal check in time. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. We did miss not having wash clothes in the bathroom. The music being blasted at the pool bar (rap type of music) needs to be turned down. It was very hard to sit in the area and read. We didn't eat at the hotel other than a cup of coffee in the morning. The shuttle service to the airport for a small fee was on time."
