We stayed here the night before our return home and glad we did. It's clean and comfortable and has a large terrace. Just a five minute walk to the beach. For 20 euros, we got a drive to the airport the next morning. I recommend this.

Close to the sea with a lot of quaint restaurant's and bars. Walk on the beautiful beach was relaxing. We chose a place too far from Rome but we enjoyed the evening.

We stayed one night in this property as we flew in from Dubrovnik and had to fly home the next day so proximity to the airport was key. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. She arranged for transfer to the airport the next day for 20 Euro. This was a relief as we were just scammed by the taxi driver from the airport to the guesthouse. There are many restaurants in the area and the beach is really close. The property surprisingly has an elevator but the space itself was a little shabby.

This is a nice seaside escape, if you don't want to go into the city of Rome. It is close to the airport, so was a great place to stay for our one night stop over. Great seafood restaurants on the beach, several blocks from the guest house. Hosts are incredibly lovely and welcoming and drove us to the airport in the morning for a very reasonable fee.

A quiet place to rest after or before a flight or a tour. A nice walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again .

This is a very basic suite. There are 2 twin beds as you first enter, along with a small fridge, and a queen bed in a separate bedroom. There is no indoor sitting area, but there is a table and chairs on the patio. Nice touches included 3 water bottles in the fridge, and 3 coffee pods. There are sufficient towels and pillows, and the beds were comfortable. We booked this accommodation when we had an overnight layover between flights, thinking it would be easier than heading back into Rome. It is about a 16 minute drive from the airport, although the taxi was almost as expensive as one into the city. We were grateful to be able to get a ride back to the airport the next day for 20 Euros. We also appreciated the opportunity to store our luggage until it was time to head to the airport. The suite is in an old building, and it has a slight musty smell. It is about a 10 or 15 minute walk to the long, beautiful, sandy beach, which stretches on for quite a long way. There are numerous restaurants and bars along the beach, but no shops. The area has a bit of a party vibe, although there were also some quiet spots. In contrast to Rome, English was not commonly spoken, although people were great about trying to communicate. Our host, Maria was lovely.

The hostess at the property was very pleasant. The room was exactly as advertised. We were a few blocks from the beach and a nearby pizza place was inexpensive and takeaway. We were only there one night but could see staying longer given its proximity to the boardwalk. For a price cheaper than Uber, we were able to be driven from the location to the airport.

We needed a hotel close enough to the airport because we had an early flight the next morning and this was the perfect place! Very clean, updated rooms, and accommodated a 4am transportation to the airport at an additional 25€. There’s a beach close by with cute restaurants! Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Our train arrived late yet Maria greeted us at 1130 at night and helped us arrange our early am taxi. I am so thankful for her kindness and help. I wished we could have stayed longer as the room was spacious, clean and inviting!

A nice day and night in a nice place!
Maria’s BnB is exactly as described. Great foam mattress. We slept very well. Check in at 2pm with no problems. She stored our luggage until then. Decent local neighborhood and a few blocks away lots of eateries. We felt safe walking around. Maria’s husband drove us to airport at 6am sharp for only 15 euros . A taxi driver drove us from airport to BnB the day before and we had to pay $40. We would definitely go back again if needed. Maria is a great host.

The b&b arranged for pick up at the airport, the driver was excellent, friendly. Upon arrival we were greeted by the property manager (owner), again very friendly showed us where to go for a nice dinner. Our room was bigger than expected and also had a nice patio. We only had a 1 night stay and again a ride to the airport was arranged at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend a stay here as the beach was only a 5 minute walk safe neighborhood. This would work well for a family of 4. Very good!

The location of the property was perfect for 1. Getting to FCO in the morning and 2. Very convenient for walking to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were so sweet and the rooms were very clean. Parking was secure. All in all, a great experience.

Our Stay
We stayed the night at this Guest House after ending our honeymoon around Italy and flying out of Rome the next day. We could not have picked a better spot. First, upon our arrival, we had a warm welcoming that was very organized and helped us with organizing our ride to the airport in the morning. It was very cleanly, and close to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. 5 minute walk to some great food. Overall, I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Very nice and complete, cold and working AC, the week we stayed they almost had the elevator ready, but not for us. It was nicely located and walkable.
