As specified several times before your arrival, Guest House Maison 6 chose Vickey as it’s self check-in system. If you don’t provide an exact time of arrival in order for us to be there personally, we just need you to call us once you are in front of the building and we will take care of opening all entrances. I am sorry if there were misunderstandings when you were downstairs but we are also very happy that you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you again in Rome.

È stato un vero piacere ospitarla alla Maison 6. La colazione non viene servita all'interno della Guest House ma vi è a disposizione una macchina professionale del caffè con svariate opzioni. Speriamo di rivederla presto.

Dear guest, The website does NOT say free shuttle service. We spoke prior to your arrival and you confirmed you wanted the shuttle for €35. You left the wrong telephone number and didn’t even inform the driver you were renting a car while he was waiting for More than 1 hour for you outside the airport terminal as agreed. Our collegue did the check-in and you had cleaning service every day during your stay from 10:30 to 2:00 pm, very kind woman available for any need. Also, as you were aware, we do not have a reception in our guest house but gave you a Phone number available 24/7 for any necessity or major information. you went on a three day trip and didn’t sleep at the guest house for two nights. The kitchen is not available and it’s specified on all of our websites.

I am sorry Dear Sherry, We are very disappointed. We messaged you several times on Expedia platform too without ever receiving an answer. But, surprisingly you have been able to leave a review. I must specify that the moment you book, on any of our websites, the platform itself reminds you that it is necessary to indicate an estimated time of arrival as we don't have a reception inside our Guest House. In any case, if you arrived between 10:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. there was cleaning service as well as I myself happened to be often at the Guest House for other check-ins. Also, when you book online make sure you leave the right contact details as your number is inexistent. I really don't understand which bed&breakfast you tried calling as none of our 4 cell phone numbers received a missed call/sms the day of your arrival. Anyways, if you asked any of the several shopkeepers neighbouring our Guest House (including the 24hour bar) many are provided with my personal phone number so we are very easy to reach. I am sorry that even though I tried to contact you in private you have never replied.
