Room was facing the back so at night it was a little loud. Location was great. Spa was great as well.

Wonderful property in a bustling area that is next to nice shops and in a nice busy neighborhood, but walkable to all the sights. The hotel is modern and clean (it can use slight updating) but overall great location and stay. The bed was so so comfortable! I wish we had more light in our room but we had a small window and we were facing the interior. We were hardly there so it didn’t really matter much. They offer a welcome drink and have a nice rooftop. I wish we had time to use the spa amenities and gym. Usually we take advantage of those but with the amount of things we were doing per day the time ran out. They stock the mini bar and it is fully complimentary, and very useful to not have to constantly get drinks. It has waters, sparkling drinks, juices, beer and Prosecco. It also has some nuts and crackers and wafers. Very nice to have that after a long day of roaming Rome! The staff was lovely especially the gentleman who greets and seats guests at breakfast. The breakfast is spectacular. We would not even need to eat lunch because of the variety and choices. It is a massive buffet of savory and sweet decadent desserts, fruits, cheeses, breads, you name it. This is a great property and it felt less touristy, a little more upscale, but still convenient to everything you’d want to see. We walked everywhere: 10-15 min walk to Trevi Fountain, 15 to Spanish Steps, 15 min to the Colosseum, maybe 20 to Pantheon. You name it, you can walk to it. Other than Vatican City.

The hotel is located within walking distance to most of the Roman Empire ruins and tourist attractions, the Train station is nearby. The staff at the hotel were superb, the breakfast is excellent. Best of all the area is safe to walk at night.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Everytime we came back to the hotel we would have questions which they were very happy to answer. Breakfast buffet was top notch! Highly recommend

Staff was wonderful!! Hotel was clean and our junior suite was pretty big for 4 people. The only negative is that it’s on a busy street and there was a lot of noise especially the sirens.

The only thing that let the room down was the small single beds. Low and narrow. Plus the view towards a derelict building let our room down. But staff, food and location made up for it

The staff here are wonderful! Rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast is delicious. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing we did not enjoy was the spa at the facility. Several areas were not clean, the hot tub is not hot and the jets don't stay on. The massage and facial were quite lackluster! definitely skip the spa but the hotel is wonderful.

Very nice hotel centrally located. Has a sister hotel in Florence. Roof top bar and restaurant are very nice. Rooms are modern, updated and very clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I've been to Rome a number of times, and have tried a number of hotels, all with pros and cons. Artemide may well have the most pros-very conveniently located near Termini metro and railway stations and an easy walk to most major areas in the city center. Big enough to have a good restaurant, breakfast room, and spa/gym, but small enough to retain a bit of a boutique hotel feel. My room was well sound proofed and surprisingly quiet despite overlooking a major street. Room rate was very reasonable for a good hotel in the city center. If there was one big negative for me, it is that it is a bit of a hike to Trastevere and its restaurants.

Very friendly staff with an amazing breakfast!! Conveniently located to all the key sites. Nice free snakes and mini bar replenished every day. The room was a little small and looked into another building.

Soo love the hotel!! I definitely would recommend this hotel. Excellent costumer service from the reception to the housekeeping and the resto and breakfast cafe staff. We got the junior suite room and we love it we have a mini bar and it’s all free and the hotel and rooms smells good too with a decent space. Area of interest are mostly walkable like the Trevi fountain, spanish steps, Colosseum.I will defenitely stay in this hotel if we go back to Rome. So worth it.

The team is unbelievable friendly and supportive. The location is perfect in walking distance to the highlights like Vaticano, Forum Romanun or Fontana di Trevi. Breakfest is made „with love“ and colorful displayed. Best hotel experience - we surely come back next time.

Awesome hotel, room was spotless, basically a brisk 13 minute walk to everything (Trevi, Spanish Steps, Coliseum). Stayed with a family of four (3 and 5yr old). Very satisfied.

Great boutique hotel. Beautiful decor and amenities with breakfast included. Spa facilities are very nice especially after walking around Rome. Good restaurants and shopping in the area and the Ambrosia Rooftop Restaurant/bar in the hotel was very good, service and staff at the hotel are extremely nice and helpful. We would stay her again.

Amazing stay thanks to the wonderful staff! Really well located, easy to walk to main attractions within 20 mins. Very good breakfast and we were particularly impressed by the free offerings in the room (restocked every day!)

Wonderful hotel in every way. Friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable rooms, free minibar and amazing breakfast. The area itself is practical rather than attractive, but it's very convenient for transport all over the city, and there are some nice restaurants in the Monti area a short walk away. If you get a travel pass then there's a Metro station a couple of hundred yards away and buses available to all corners of the city for sightseeing and eating out, from practically outside the door. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Artemide. The location is fantastic, staff was very welcoming and our room was neat and clean. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed: dozens of types of pastries, fresh fruit, eggs, meats ... no better start to a day in Rome!

My daughter and I stayed for 6 nights during a recent trip to Rome to celebrate her 40th birthday. The hotel staff was very professional, but warm and welcoming. The room we had was small but clean and well decorated. Soundproofed rooms are so amazing. We didn't hear anything from outside even though we were staying in a busy part of the city. Breakfast is nice and there is something for everyone. One of our trips started before breakfast so the hotel gave us a breakfast box, delivered to our room very early. The staff is what really made this hotel stay so wonderful. We had lots of questions about the area and day trips, and everyone had good suggestions. This will be where we stay for any return trips to Rome.

We enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed the rooftop patio. The staff was great. We walked everywhere although it is also convenient to metro, bus and taxi. We appreciated the complementary mini bar and coffee in the room and loved the breakfast each day. Would recommend.

Hotel was in an excellent location and all the sites were in walking distance. Metro in the doorstep with the main train station 10 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

테르미니역에서 걸어갈 수 있는 위치도 좋았고 직원분들도 굉장히 친절하셨으며 조식이 아주 마음에 들었습니다. 종류도 많았고 커피도 너무 맛있었습니다. 그리고 3박4일 동안 매일 과자, 음료, 맥주, 초콜릿 등 떨어지지 않게 채워주셨는데 모두 무료 제공이었습니다. 다음에 가족들이랑 로마 여행을 한다면 꼭 다시 가고 싶은 호텔입니다.

An amazing hotel with the highest caliber of service. From check-in to check out the service was immaculate. The staff were highly professional, very polite, and extremely helpful. The breakfast bar was more of a breakfast feast! The quality and the choices were of a five-star plus. I have to mention Alessandro (Breakfast) who took service levels to another dimension. Also, need to mention Andreas in Reception and Salvatore in the breakfast room for their amazing service. The location is ideal as every main attraction is within walking distance. Based on our experience this hotel is far better than the four-star rating in every respect possible. Highly recommended!
