Dear Ana,Thank you very much for your feedback in regards to your recent stay with us at Villa Agrippina.I am very disappointed to understand that your stay did not meet your expectations, but I would like to take this opportunity to clarify a few aspects for anyone reading this review:The reservation was made last minute late evening and no specific request for a disabled room was made at reservation stage. Upon arrival at the Hotel, at approximately 00.00h, a request for an upgrade to room with terrace and accesible bathroom was made at Reception.We were not able to confirm this request as the Hotel was fully booked, but nontheless we were still able to offer a complimentary uprade to a Junior Suite offering more space and comfort than the original room reserved.
