"O hotel tem localização muito conveniente, bem próximo à estação Roma Termini. Lobby muito bonito. O quarto 309 é amplo, bem decorado, assim como o banheiro. Porém, percebemos que o controle individual de temperatura não funcionou em nenhum dia. Não conseguimos reduzir a temperatura, a qual permanecia em 23° C e, durante algums períodos da noite, o ar condicionado era simplesmente desligado. Isso comprometeu bastante o conforto do quarto e, por esse motivo, não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel...
