"Honestly one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The hospitality was fantastic the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming. The extra touches to our room were truly appreciated and loved our whole experience with Team Hilton Wembley. We will definitely be returning and thank you all for being part of our London memory.

"Front desk and check-in experience was poor. Staff made an error and didn’t honour an early check-in promise. Very poor customer service an offered me a very expensive upgrade instead. Bell staff, maids, and restaurant staff were excellent"
