"Room was basically clean bedding very fresh. Bathroom mouldy and missed soap deposits in bottom of shower. Shower rail broken and unable to take out of holder. Shower intermittently cold and scalding hot. Unable to shower properly and unable to shower the toddler after a hot and dusty day out. Parking so limited upon returning after our festival at 10.45 pm unable to park with a very tired toddler in tow. Tried to find a member of staff which took me a further 15 mins. If a client is using derogatory foul audible language aimed at women in the bar area they should be asked to stop by the manager/bar tender - it’s not pleasant to be subjected to this if you’re sitting quietly trying to enjoy your own drink . "The room we stayed in needs a good clean and renovating. It was dirty in many places and you could see daylight around the edge of the door. Outside our room was someone’s drawers with their personal belongings in. They’d been there most of the day. We got woken up really early with staff chatting outside. All round not a very good stay at all. Great location though."
