"The hotel at Springhill suites was very nice. My room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless improvements that I’d recommend are water. Flow and temperature were too cool in the shower, the food selection choices were pretty limited and overall not the healthiest. Recommend more options for smaller bottles of wine for travelers who are staying overall this was a great value and extremely safe and clean property close to the Ford experience center! Thank you!"

"The Henry Hotel is like an Oasis in Dearborn MI. It’s beautifully decorated, well appointed, clean, and has wonderful staff. It even smells good. And the food at the restaurant was delicious! If you need a place to stay while you’re in Dearborn, this is the place. A++++++"

"The room was so dirty and disgusting. Someone threw up under one of the mattresses and did not bother to clean it up. Our reservation was not held even though I made the reservation 4 days prior. There was hair in the sink the smoke alarm did not have a battery. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel room. "

"The air conditioning/heating unit was filthy and smelled horrid. Under the bed there was so much dirt, dust and debris like it hadn’t been cleaned under in years. The drawers were dirty. The refrigerator had cheese left in it. The floor was so dirty that my socks turned yellow/brown on the bottom. There were earrings on the shelf of one night stand and rings on the other. There was a floss pick in the bed. There was a brown spot on the rug that the bed sat on that looked like either vomit or...
