"We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty. Hotel was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood 2 minutes from the beach. Not far to walk to nice breakfast spots like Petit Nola and Lily’s to watch the world go by. Hotel...

"The hotel is in a prime location. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast has a lots of choice and delicious. Rooms are clean and spacious with fridge kettle and coffee machine . We didn’t use the spa but looked great. The pool has amazing views and great pool bar . The bao buns are especially tasty . Would 100% return and recommend to anyone."

"Lovely hotel, nice breakfast buffet, lovely staff, very spacious room, but pack a sleep mask because if your room is at the front of the hotel all the garden lights mean your room never gets dark. The light bleeds around the top of the curtains and into the room. Also the pillows are very very soft. We liked the hotel but struggled to sleep. "

"Variety of cold cuts, cheeses, lox for breakfast along with yogurts, cereal and assortment of artisan breads. Really liked the offering of local dish made of crushed tomatoes, oil and seasoned salt. There was a la carte options available with different options for eggs and pancakes. Dinner was equally exquisite with delicious a la carte options. Gym has mostly cardio equipment consisting of a few bikes, elliptical machine and treadmills. Free weights and a bench. I would prefer to have a better...

"Das Hotel eignet sich gut für einen Besuch in der Stadt. Für einen längeren Zeitraum, beispielsweise Sommerurlaub, würde ich hier nicht buchen. Das Zimmer ist hübsch eingerichtet. Jedoch ist der Raum an sich viel zu klein. Es gibt kaum Möglichkeiten seine Kleidung zu verstauen. Im Bad gibt es keine Ablage für persönliche Gegenstände. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Preis von 14 € für das Frühstück ist...

"Best staff, so friendly, caring and incredibly accommodating- 100% would come back and recommend to others. Spacious room and overall beautiful place. Very clean, i’m not sure the air conditioning was working however the windows open wide and it worked out with the fresh air! "

"Wonderful hotel overlooking the marina and 15 min walk from cathedral! Everything was clean and the staff were lovely. Only thing I would say is the 3rd floor public toilet (for solarium, pool, bar) wasn’t quite finished so needed a ladder entrance(!). Oh, and the swimming pool is nowhere near as big as it looks in the photos! But, on the whole, a great hotel in a great location! Would happily return here!"

"Wir haben bereits eine Reklamation bei Ihnen eingereicht, die Zimmer nicht antreten kommen, wir hatten einen Bauzaun am Hotel, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, es wurde geheizt, obwohl bei der Buchung eindeutig Klimaanlage und Heizung besteht, der Manager hat uns ignoriert und hat sich mit dem Personal der Rezeption gesprochen und kein Wort mit uns geredet, das geht überhaupt nicht! Ein absolutes nogo"

"Fint værelse, men madrassen på sengen var alt for blød. Meget hjælpsomt personale, som sørgede for, vi fik morgenmad, da vi skulle tidligt af sted til lufthavnen, og buffeten ikke var åben."

"Overall not a bad experience very close to the beach and good access to buses. Room was clean. And quiet no noice from other rooms but was a bit noisy from outside. The AC did not do anything. Room was okay. Would have expected a kettle in the room. They don’t have double beds so not really comfortable. Beds move around a lot would have expected them to be at least tied together or something so they don’t keep sliding around. Pretty sure they gave us the same towels on the second day. "
