"This hotel was great! 1000 times better then the super 8 on Midlothian tnpk that I stayed in last time. This place was clean. The linens smelled freshly laundered. The room itself was large with plenty of seating. Everything worked as expected. I would highly recommend this hotel! I will definitely be staying here on my next visit."

"The room had spider webs on the ceiling, peeling paint on the walls, black debris all over the sofa, a dirty toilet seat, a bathtub that drained extremely slowly, and very poor sound insulation. This has been the worst stay I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn, and I will not be choosing Holiday Inn again in the future. These conditions are completely different from what was described on the Expedia website."

"Very nice staff, especially at breakfast. The room is spotlessly clean. Great beds. Only gripes were the incredibly loud ac unit outside and the hotel was very expensive for what it was. But supply and demand I guess. It was a busy weekend in Richmond "

"It needs just a little extra upgrade. The tv kept going out and the fridge wasn’t working. But the front desk staff were amazing. "

"The steel door showed signs of forced entry. There was a round puncture several inches in diameter and more than an inch deep, as if from a police (hopefully) battering ram. The interior of the door frame had evidence of being knocked in, as well. The interior moulding of the door frame was screwed back together in several places. There was tons of activity at night, especially where the rear of the property backed up to a wooded area. Cars were coming and going after very short visits,...

"Property is run down and in a bad area (next to correctional facility and across from casino). The chain on our door was broken. The front desk staff were nice. Plenty of parking. Beds were uncomfortable and dirty. But what was really outrageous was the level of filth in the room. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Sticky floor, hair from many different people all over bathroom, crumbs everywhere, moldy shower curtain. I didn’t expect much and this was somehow worse. And we paid...

"It was great for a quick overnight stay. Smoking room and clean was key for me. I will there were a couple of burn marks on things like people don't know how to use an ashtray. Other than that no problems. Also great customer service!"

"Room was terrible! The furniture has cigarette burns and the cabinets had missing hardware. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, there was also an outlet hanging out of the wall. Hairdryer had melted. The refrigerator had leaked and ruined my leftovers. And the last straw was when I was going to shower and it had grime all over it. I was going to try and at least stay one night. But the thought of them not properly cleaning the room worried I would be sleeping with bed bugs"
