"The manager woman was an absolute doll. Our room had no handsoap and she got it to us right away with her lovely smile and professional and friendly demeanor. This was one of the best hotels we stayed at. The amenities, room setup and staff and breakfast."

"I had an apartment with a kitchenette for 1 week at the Esplanade. Since I didn't have a car, it was convenient--only about 3 blocks from the Hauptbahnhof and a couple of blocks from the central pedestrian zone. The property itself was attractive with a pleasant breakfast area and a nice enclosed central courtyard. The staff was also quite friendly and attentive. The sauna was a very nice, unexpected benefit at the end of tiring days. An excellent option in central Dortmund!"
