"The flat was clean and all the fixtures were new. It is a bit small so I wouldn’t consider it suitable for more than two people max. "Room was clean, staff professional . We tried the restaurant for the first time and the food was good. My one complaint is the bathtub. It is too high, I feel like it’s a bit unsafe especially for people with mobility issues. Hotel is close to the airport with many transportation options. We stayed there a few times and would do so again. "

"Room was a little dated however clean and tidy Bed was comfortable slept well peaceful nice view out of window 8th floor! Facilities great a safe tv fridge hairdryer iron kettle tea and coffee what more do you actually need? We enjoyed our experience didn't use bar or restaurant so cant comment. We did travel by train (just 10-15min walk to hotel down high st)but found out they have free parking which is very unusual for the london area so may consider a return with vehicle."

"What to say - on the plus side the staff were so professional, kind and helpful. The hotel was kind enough to store our large bags for 2 weeks while we were traveling - very courteous. The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom and its amenities were clean. The negatives - the hotel is very dated with threadbare, stained carpets and a very unpleasant odor in the lobby, hallways. Uber to and from the airport were expensive. I would not stay again and choose a more modern property attached to the terminal. This hotel was too dated and inconvenient for the cost savings. "
