"Incredible location. There’s a reason this hotel has continued to thrive after decades in downtown Chicago. The property itself is old and the rooms could use a refresh—but considering the Sheraton has 1000+ guest rooms and the place was BUSY—I think that the room rate is an incredible value. Amazing staff, cool restaurants onsite, perfect location and incredible views of the river and downtown architecture. The lobby was bustling at all hours but was well staffed and managed. "Awesome amenities but the hot tub was kind of gross. The beds/pillows were uncomfortable and the room never completely cooled off especially at night. I told front desk and they sent maintenance to change the air filter but it didn’t help. Don’t touch anything on the mini bar or you’ll be charged because there’s a sensor underneath the items! Nice staff and great location."

"Gave us an upgrade at checkin that meant a lot :) Also halpily gave me ibuprofen at 3:00 a.m! Lovely property in a nice location by the lake!"

"The hotel is nicely located near the Roosevelt station, given access to the L trains and lots of buses, regarding the hotel, nothing remarkable really, what you expect of a Hilton Garden Inn, clean rooms, good space. Price is really high for what it offers outside of the location only. Breakfast options in the hotel and nearby are great! Staff is good and very receptive. Good option if you want to expend an extra for convenience."
