"The double room I booked was not available upon check in. They gave me 2 queen rooms instead for the night. The next day we were to move to the double room, and had to wait an additional hour until it was ready. The staff made the entire situation more confusing than it needed to be, and was very disappointed with my stay."

"Great location! The staff was not friendly and make sure you verify the terms of valet upon checking in. I was told I could get my car, drive my daughter to her conference and come back and they would park my car. When I returned they said I would be charged the valet charge a second time because I was remarking my car. When I addressed the staff member who gave me the initial directive, the manager disregarded me."

"The staff at this hotel were fantastic! They were friendly, helpful and had great suggestions when I asked for their opinions. They also told us about their car service which we used a few different times… highly recommend this! Especially when going to the airport.
