"One of our rooms smelled like sewer. Maintenance did check but the problem was not resolved. We were not offered another room or compensated for this uncomfortable experience."

"Overall it was ok. Would I recommend? Not really. There was a dirty glass on the kitchen counter upon checking in. We had one shower towel each for five days. The bed was very uncomfortable and old. We each had only one head pillow and rest were all decorative pillows which are unusable for us."
