"Staff was very accommodating, arrived very early and was able to check in and had an hour extra on checkout. Staff brought any items I needed for my extended stay like coffee pods, laundry soap and bath supplies that you could order through a QR code. Great location in CBD Sydney. Room was clean. Pool area with hot tub, sauna and gym was very nice. The only thing that was sometimes annoying was the wait and chaos of the elevator system during busy times. You scan your room card at a reader(s)...

"Unable to drive to the entrance to check in, had to navigate car parking area whose entrance was difficult to find & then take the lift to reception. Daughter found that appliances & kitchenware in cupboards were dirty. Iron hotplate had something burnt & stuck to it so was unusable. No water in fridge, one small carton of milk, three teabags. There was a couple of small areas of rust in bathroom. Looked like someone had banged maybe a suitcase into the wall & taken a chunk of plaster...

"Lovely place to stay at, so close to the ICC for us to go and see Jimmy Carr then walk home a short walk back to our accommodation. The staff where wonderful to deal with upon check in and check out. Room was beautiful, love the old building architecture. Room was extremely spacious, furniture all in well maintained condition. I highly recommend staying at this accommodation when you're in Sydney next needing to be near Darling Harbor"

"レセプションはとても親切です。早めに到着しましたが部屋が空いているとのことでアーリーチェックインさせてもらえました。 アパートメントスタイルのホテルで、部屋は広く、快適でした。キッチンも広く、ダイニングテーブルや椅子も用意されており、生活感溢れる雰囲気です。 ただ備え付けのソファは飲み物のシミと思われる汚れが目立ち、ここだけ不衛生感がありました。 立地も良いです。 空港からエアポートリンクでMuseum駅まで１本で到着し、駅から徒歩10分かからないくらいでした。 タウンホール駅にもアクセスが良いです。"
