"Our rooms (Superior room with multiply beds) on two different stays were very excellent. Our first stay, we had staff go above and beyond to help us. One of our party had an accident and needed some extra care. They helped us out with letting us borrow the wheelchair for a day and getting us transportation to a hospital (a non emergency). On our second stay, they also were super helpful and wonderful. We needed some extra things in our room and they supplied without blinking an eye. They...

"The bedding, a huge duvet, was heavy and very hot for sleeping in a room with barely adequate air conditioning. The dense foam mattress only added to the heating. Ended up tearing the duvet apart and sleeping under the duvet cover. The main restaurant was closed for the summer (except for breakfast?) in an area with no nearby restaurants, The bar and grill was okay. The glass, swing door for the bathroom lacked privacy. The breakfast buffet was huge and good but very expensive."

"Stylish, clean and beautiful hotel. Consider more frequent or additional shuttle bus to and from the airport. I could not get on the shuttle from the hotel to the airport coz it was too full. I had to take an Uber.."

"Clean and spacious room. The mattresses are okay. Room-reception distance is pretty far and no help with the luggage or when they forget to put the amenities; you have to get it yourself. There is a shuttle service 3x in 2 hours. Good restaurant in the hotel."

"At a glance the hotel looked lovely and even though there was a queue, the check in process was smooth. Upon entering the bedroom there was stained carpets and a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. There was what looked like ketchup smeared above the mirror in the bedroom and stains in the carpet and the television did not work. "Clean, quiet and not as overpriced as most of the other places plus free parking!"

"Be wary of staying on level 5 in summer as the air conditioning is not good. The room was warm and made for an uncomfortable to sleep. The room is also small and barely fits 2 suitcases and hand luggage. This is a smart room with an iPad in the room that lets you operate everything such as blinds, lights, air con. Some parts are excellent with others not good. The breakfast meal and downstairs area is excellent."

"I liked the option of drink vouchers if we pass on room cleaning. Location was great! We arrived later in the evening for dinner having been out all day and were able to enjoy a late meal on the patio."

"The facility was very clean all round. Staff were very helpful. However, the air conditioning was not cooling enough. I reported this, and a maintenance person came, fiddled with it and said it would work in 20 minutes. It never cooled until I left. This was very disappointing."

"Wouldn’t call it a luxury hotel BUT nice and spacious outdoors, extremely helpful staff, surrounded by middle eastern neighborhood with great food, short walking distance to the central of the city. Small rooms though with little ventilation but the outside space made up for this. Free sparkling water which was a great treat."

"There were 3 of us staying in a room. There were only towels for 2 people and no slippers. There is also no conditioner in the shower (my wife could not wash her hair). The bathroom was very small. I would not stay here again. "
