We are delighted to hear that you found the staff helpful and kindFor the location, our hotel is close to a series of 4-star and 5-star hotels such as Pistachio hotel, but the price is very reasonable.Relating the photo, we explained you that is the Sun Plaza which is close of our hotel. Everyone know this place and this is a famous place nearby but you didn’t understand. Other photo is exact what you seen on website. Our hotel has 70 rooms which can be classified as 4 star hotel but we put only 3 star hotel due to no swimming pool.If you want to stay in the best hotel in Sapa why don’t you choose 4 -5 stars hotel and you need to pay 5 times more expensive than our hotel?However thank you for staying with us and sharing your review. Just to inform our guest that our hotel is close to the center. You can check our hotel location before booking , we have adresse on the Thac Bac street but you didn’t check. However, we apologize for the inconveniences you faced at our hotel and want you to know that this is not the type of service we pride ourselves on delivering to our guests.
