Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Ruined my Sapa experience

Upon arrival, I was informed that the dorm I booked for was going under construction so I had to pay a bit more for a single room. Room was dirty and humid. Towels were stained. Everything smelled terrible. Even restaurant in the facility had no available menu beside some instant ramen noodle. Far from everything. Terrible.
