"Hallo zusammen, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im On.Mood, die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur die Rollen unterm Bett sind nicht so toll, wenn man sich in der nach viel dreht, verschiebt sich das Bett etwas. Ansonsten war alles super 😊 "

"Das ganze Bad wurde nass beim Duschen, somit war alles nass und das war kein Urlaub. Das Essen war ebenfalls gewöhnungsbedürftig. Im großen und ganzen okay, wenn man garkeine Ansprüche hat. Zudem strahlt dieses Hotel keine positive Stimmung aus. Möchte ich nicht nochmal hin."

"I loved this hotel, it was exactly what I wanted for a short solo trip to Majorca. The check in at reception was fantastic (Albert, I think, served me, was very helpful and kind and gave me all the information I needed) as was the check out in the early hours of the morning. The pool area was fantastic, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and beautiful sea views. Being adult only, it was very relaxing, with a good atmosphere but equally not a party hotel. I didn't explore much of the local area...

"We just returned from a week-long stay at this lovely hotel. The rooms are incredibly spacious, very clean, come equipped with great air conditioning, and feature beautiful balconies with a wonderful view of the pool and trees. The location is exceptionally convenient and close to absolutely everything. Most importantly, the staff were so lovely and helpful—nothing was ever too much trouble for them. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!"

"Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht. Die Sauberkeit ließ insgesamt zu wünschen übrig. Besonders schlimm war, dass sich Kakerlaken im Zimmer befanden. Wir haben das Personal direkt darauf hingewiesen und uns wurde zugesichert, dass sich darum gekümmert wird. Leider ist nichts passiert. Am Abend haben wir das Problem erneut angesprochen. Die Mitarbeiterin erklärte, dass sie von der vorherigen Schicht keine Information erhalten habe und sich nun darum kümmern werde. Auch danach...

"Tolle Aussicht aufs Meer von der Restaurantterrasse, gemütliche saubere Zimmer, zuvorkommendes Personal, 2 große ansprechende Pools mit Bar und Bistro. Ruhig gelegen, nah zum Strand mit zentral zu vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten."
