"Upon arrival there was a huge wedding party at the entry blocking all foot and veh traffic. It's already valet only. I got checked into a room DIRECTLY under the rooftop bar where the wedding was. She never even told me about the wedding or details or noise advisory. I get to my room and there's a rave going on with crazy amplified sound. I eventually get moved to then learn the entire rooftop bar is closed and no access. Oh and also they are closed until Wednesday. No pool, no comfortable...

"Clean, very nice amenities, but our room facing the front and near the highway was fairly noisy from traffic. Also, parked on street across from park was a bit nerve testing after hearing a drugged out girl yelling near our building late at night."

"Not terrible. We paid for the most expensive room there, but 1 lamp was broken. It had a dual shower head plus a handheld shower head, but only 1 shower head worked. The soaps in the bathroom were all empty. It didn’t seem like there were other guests when we stayed on a Tuesday night so not sure how that got missed. Could have been a better experience if these basic things were covered. When you pay for the most expensive room there, which is a honeymoon suite… you would think you would have...

"The story with this property is : location location location. On one side is old Sacramento think tourism for railroad fans and on the other side David j Stern Arena. Basketball fans, shopping and dining. All right there. The hotel itself is upgrading as I type this report. My room 224 had a new comfy king size bed and remodeled. Keep that in mind ( hotel is in renovation mode) The pool and hot tub in excellent condition"
