"The location of this hotel is excellent. It is right in the middle of the World Heritage area and therefore easy to walk to everything of interest.
It is an old building which has its maintenance challenges and accommodation quirks (no external windows on some rooms as it’s built like a riad).
Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. The welcome wine was a nice touch."

"We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The public are very spacious and well maintained. The room was massive with a king size bed and a sofa in a separate area, along with a big wardrobe and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was superb (the only piece of feedback would to add labels for people with food intolerances but other than that this was one of the best breakfasts I have had recently). Thank you for such a wonderful stay"

"The room and its bathroom were delightful. Spacious and immaculately clean. Good lighting options. And I appreciated the black out curtains! Along with the quietness it was very restful. AC worked nicely, ran quietly. Appreciated also the bed linen - nice to have a separate sheet (that’s all we need in a hotel!) as well as a very light duvet rather than the suffocating type usually provided. Breakfast choices were wonderful. All the area kept spotlessly clean and food very fresh. I liked being...

"The hotel is unique and full of character. From arrival everyone is very accommodating and can go beyond just to have your stay/visit very memorable.
The location is near the famous mirador, if you're tired exploring you can take a bus that drops you in front of the hotel. You'll be surprised how peaceful it is once you set foot inside. If given a chance I'd love to come back here as we felt a home on our stay."
