"The staff are lovely and helpful. I did not think the room we had could be classed as superior because the bed has an old fashioned type of mattress which is not comfortable. For a superior room I was expecting a bigger more comfortable bed. We could not open the window at night because it is very low down and wild life could easily get through at night. "Stayed with you Friday and Saturday. Lovely room. Very comfortable bed. The room was spotless. Staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The only negatives were the shower was blocked and the buffet breakfast choices were not as good on the Sunday."

"The room is a nice size, clean, but very very dated, the shower was in the bath and not very good. The hotel itself is located not far from Stansted airport and it's the only reason I would consider booking again. The parking at the hotel is very poor and pretty much a free for all but the car park next door is free between 6pm to 8am with proper painted bays where people park rather than just abandon their cars. All in all it was an ok choice of a place to stay for an early flight but I doubt...
