Marv Herzog Hotel
This quaint European themed hotel is a great place to stay. The staff was exceptionally courteous, the room and facilities were clean. I will return in the summer to enjoy their outdoor patio overlooking the river. The included breakfast was nice.

Comfort Inn Bay City - Riverfront
Room was disgusting. Smell being forced into bathroom vent was putrid!! Sheets dirty, bed dirty, i believe we found dried puke on night stand!! Had to ask for vacuum because floor was so bad upon check in. Definitely didn't want my family walking around on that.

Holiday Inn Midland by IHG
Room condition was only ok. Bathroom toilet paper holder was located under sink cabinet down at ankle height very inconvenient. Light switch by door also controled the bathroom light which took some time to figure out how to get Bathroom light to work. Also this was first time that a $150 per night ...
