Shared the dining room with a noisy bus full, but otherwise had a very pleasant stay. Enjoyed a fine walk to the next town along, but not too near the cliffs to west of the Pousada. Booked a premium room, but offered a suite at no extra charge."

"Although well located, our unit needed a fair amount of TLC. in particular, the sofas were very dirty. As for the beds, the mattress needed a full replacement. I had to sleep on the couch in order not to feel pain from my back. As for the service, we had a good experience with the restaurant personnel as well as the purser. But the reception employee provided a sub par service. A final word, this resort has not the structure for individuals having a mobility impairment. "

"We had an incredible time at Monte da Vilharinha. Driving into the property is like something out of a movie. The rural landscape boasts quintessential while buildings, herds of cows with bells, fields of flowers and streams. When we arrived we were greeted by Jafer and the property dog cookie. Jafer was the most incredible host guiding us around the property, letting us know where to take the (free) bikes and available to answer any questions via WhatsApp at any time. Breakfast is included...

"I stayed at the Casacade apartment and suites for 2 nights. The location is good as a base to explore the Algarve region, and the building has a gated parking area. The suite I got was nice with a separate bedroom, small living room, a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bedroom had two beds, one double and one single. As I was travelling alone this was plenty. I didn't get to try the breakfast so cannot comment on that. The suite was a bit dated and could use some renovating but...
