"The rooms were very clean and the staff was warm and friendly. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast. The bar was fully stocked with a variety of choices. Great place to stay!"

"Our room was excellent. Lovely view. Very clean. A negative was that the sink was completely blocked in the shower room. The food wasn’t great. The fish and chips came with “wedges” We told the server. The restaurant charged an extra £2.00 for a small bit of cheese on my son’s burger (child’s menu) When our bill was brought to us the server stood over us until we paid instead of giving us time to look through over our bill. "

"This was advertised as 3.75 miles from where I needed to be and after payment showed where it actually is! 3.75 miles across the water and a 4.5 hour road trip! Hotels.com declined to refund me. No doubt the hotel is lovely but the location description from hotels.com is atrocious."
