"Everything as usual was excellent, However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast. On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special. Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge. Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff. We will, ofcourse come to stay again. "

"Room spotless but cold in room"

"We had the best stay , our first time travelling as mum and 12 year old for my daughter Xmas pressie. The room was perfect, and we loved the little note left welcoming my daughter and chocs. The pork belly for dinner was just delicious too and the reception and bar staff during our meal were all so welcoming. We really can't rate you higher, and look forward to visiting again"

"Beautiful hotel in Cardiff Bay. Rooms on 7th floor are excellent and staff throughout hotel were friendly and attentive. Always stay here when in Cardiff. Lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance. "
