Khách sạn Trung tâm Saint-Jean-de-Luz , St.-Jean-de-Luz

"What a unique destination and fabulous hotel and spa! The service we received from all the staff was professional, helpful and friendly! The room far exceeded our expectation and the attention. To detail and delicious food were “next level”. Honestly, this was our favourite part of our journey!"

"Very nice, clean accommodation with very pleasant and helpful stuff Thelasso therapy spa is complimentary with entrance to the beach"

"The staff were extremely accomodating. Towels for the beach, ice for the drinks, laundry, they did it all."

"The town and the hotel were magnificent."

"Wonderful boutique hotel in St Jean de Luz . Perfect location."

"Lovely hotel overlooking the Bay of Biscay. You will not be disappointed if choosing to stay here. Lively bar scene at night as well."

"Good location."

"Smell of mold and spores in the air of the conference room in the basement. Some participants got sick after the meeting."

"Beautiful hotel with ocean views."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Room Mate Gorka Collection in San Sebastian. It was a great location not far from the old town. Really wonderful and friendly staff who provided useful recommendations. The rooms were really clean and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed their bar/restaurant and breakfast. Highly recommend."

"The staff were excellent throughout our stay; genuinely welcoming, exceptionally helpful, and kind. Breakfast was very enjoyable, and the attentive service made it an especially pleasant experience. The room itself was spacious, clean and the mattress was very comfortable. However, we found the overall layout and design somewhat underwhelming. In particular, the headboard and the area behind the bed appeared to prioritise aesthetics over practicality, offering insufficient support and comfort...

"Great location at sea front easy walking distance to old town, hotel quite basic for cost, but San Sebastián is expensive, sea 50 metres away. Breakfast was adequate, room was clean but quite compact, city facing balcony. Staff friendly would use again"
