"Breakfast was good. Room didn’t have shampoo or conditioner just body wash. Lots of lady bugs. "

"There was an ominous noise all night that kept us awake until 3 am and we could finally fall asleep from pure exhaustion after traveling all day. Then the next morning a fire drill that was so loud. Upon check in, after traveling all day long, I attempted to purchase a pizza and wine from the pantry and the night attendant was incredibly rude and told me that they would not sell wine after midnight. Even though we literally checked in ten minutes before midnight. I'll never book this hotel...

"The toilet paper holder and the towel bar fell iff the wall within a few minutes of getting there. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the coffee area served yellow water both mornings I was there."

"The hotel's cleanliness and overall atmosphere are impressive. Three aspects that caught my attention were Debrajai (front desk) taking the initiative to sanitize door cards during less busy periods, Room Service always helpful and nice, and Director Christina Smith, who made a point to meet us daily at the breakfast area, where we had friendly conversations that left a positive impression on my family and me, and it was only later that we discovered her role as the hotel's director.
