"I booked the suite 4 months in advanced. When I checked in, I asked the worker that she’s giving us the one bedroom suite and she looked confused, but stated yes. When I went into the room, it was a regular two queen bed. I went back down and complained since I paid for suite and for her to give me what I paid for. Initially, she wasn’t going to give me the suite. I showed her my receipt and demanded I get the room that I paid for. She said luckily we have one suite available. Poor customer...
