"The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. "A lovely little apartment right in the centre of Clifton village. Very cosy and well maintained. My only complaint would be there is no "Convenient and secure on-site parking, a rare amenity in the area", as described when booking. There is on paid on street parking but you have to arrive after 5pm to pay for all night parking. Other than that I would recommend. "

"I had a suite which despite triple glazing,you could hear music blaring till 3am from the waterfront.The staff said they monitor tje noise levels.The breakfast was disappointing....luke warm.. The room had dust on top of mirrors,the air con was so noisy,I switched it off..I sadly wouldn't stay again."

"Hotel itself was nice and the location was ideal for walking the city. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable (concrete slab), pillows were like marshmallows, the room was stuffy with no air flow and very noisy - not just traffic, but a constant machine/humming from the hotel or vents. ."

The superior room was very basic with saloon style doors on the bathroom which didnt give a great deal of privacy and when the light was on this lit up the room.
