"This was our first trip to Aruba, The staff at the Barcelo were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The pool was big and clean, the hot tub was nice, The beach chairs were easily accessible if you get up early enough. I was able to get a shaded area each day. The location was perfect; a short walk or convenient shuttle ride to the beach, restaurants, bars, and nightlife, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
One of my favorite features was the adults-only infinity pool, along with the many amenities the hotel provides, including complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, which made relaxing by the...

"Took a while to secure our room. They made up for it and that was appreciated. The room we got was clean, spacious and great AC.
Staff was great and always ready to help. Breakfast was awesome but it was the same daily. Some alternative options would've been better too.
Hotel location was perfect. Not far from airport, very close to beach, busy tourist strip a short walk away and a great party room for private events."

"Absolutely horrific experience. We didn’t even stay 48 hours before changing hotels. Not accommodating, everything is extra fee, cockroach in shower, beyond rude girl at front desk she should not be in hospitality. I have been to Aruba many times and I will NEVER step foot at the Holiday Inn, tried giving it a chance beating myself up about it."

"My family stayed at the penthouse and we are glad we chose here. The entire idea was a relaxed, no pressure vacation. We had planned no specific items, except lounging in the sea. Amazingly helpful staff who helped us book couple of activities when we felt the need to so something more. Took care of our room and kept things amazingly clean. Walk just across got us to the sea..much better for families with nice soft sandy beach.
Also the local bus was easily reachable to get us to when we needed...
