"L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et on l'aperçoit des fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi car c'est calme. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."

"Très bon accueil. Il y a de la place dans le parking qui est gratuit. Lit confortable. Chambre bien isolée de la route passante, on n’entend pas du tout les voitures. Seul point négatif la salle de bain qui n’a pas encore été refaite. Mais nous y retournerons certainement pour une halte 1 nuit c’est très correct pour le prix."

"Our short, one night stay was pain free other than the climb to the third floor. The room was clean and well appointed and the air conditioner was functional for the main cabin of room 20. Parking on site for 14 Euro made everything easy!"

"Room was satisfactory, parking was good. Shower was not powerful but did leak onto the bathroom floor easily meaning it was very wet. Smart TV in the room but I was told by a member of staff these were unable to be connected to the internet so I was unable to use any of the smart features which was disappointing."

"The staff at Hotel DonJon we're the best part of the trip. They left nothing to want. Everyone was genuinely nice and had thought of everything. We arrived about 3 hours early before check-in due to the train schedule. As soon as we arrived, they took all of our bags and stored them so we could walk around the castle grounds and do whatever we wanted without worrying about our luggage. "We absolutely loved our stay and felt so welcome. The location was amazing as so close to the station and shops as well as the lovely canal. The walk to the Medieval City was only 25mins and the hotel was on a quiet street. We were made to feel so at home, with cold water and drinks available at all times. We were very well looked after and breakfast was amazing. We will be back and will be recommending to anyone heading to Carcassonne."

"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....
