The building has very solid floors and walls (poured concrete, I assume), so that one hears no noise from other rooms (at least, I didn't). On the negative side, the interior design is cold, sterile, and charmless. "

"Duvet had a stain. Room facilities on Expedia states bathrobes but there is actually a charge for these. The bathroom door slides and did not close properly leaving a huge gap. I was sharing with two friends and it made it difficult coming in and out of room if someone was in bathroom as could see in from the corridor of the hotel. Had to ask for tea & coffee and extra mug as only 2 mugs, one teabag and no coffee in a triple room. These were replenished to a better amount when room was cleaned...

"The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the room we were in had maybe a 2 inch drop in level to the bathroom floor and it was a constant "toe kicker". Other than that everything was excellent. "

"Second time staying here. Loved the view from the room. I was a little surprised to have to pay for the locker upon arrival before check-in to leave my luggage before my room was ready, which seemed to be new, but it was fine."

"Wir sind bereits das zweite Mal hier. Das Hotel überzeugt durch absolute Sauberkeit und eine unschlagbare Lage direkt am Wiener Hauptbahnhof. Schloss Belvedere ist sogar bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. ​Besonders positiv: Die Zimmergröße ist völlig ausreichend, die Fenster lassen sich öffnen und es gibt kaum Teppichboden, was uns sehr wichtig ist. Wer es gerne ruhig mag, sollte unbedingt ein Zimmer zum Innenhof wählen. Abends bietet die Lobby zudem eine schöne Möglichkeit, noch gemütlich etwas zu...
