"Our family with girl of 3yr really really enjoyed the stay. Wonderful swimming pool and wonderful resort with very friendly staffs. It was our first time in hyatt but it exceeded my expectation so much. It was dreamy vacation for us and we will definitely be back soon!"

"Poor choice on the tv channels. Single travel looking for some quiet. I was put in on a room at the pool with loud screaming kids. It’s summer, I understand but maybe be mindful and place single travelers away from the noise."

"Dirty property. Dirty linens, sheets, towels. Dust and crumbs everywhere. Wrong hand soaps provided. Off-brand toiletries. It took 12 hr for the host to respond the first night. I could have stayed elsewhere for much cheaper and cleaner."
