"The view was nice, room looked nice and clean however, there wasn’t enough counter space. Also, the A/C didn’t put out enough air and didn’t cool the room very well. The one thing that we didn’t appreciate was when there was no transparency when we ordered drinks on the beach in regards to being upfront about the expensive service charge. An average 12 ounce beer and a 12 ounce pina colada…$34 plus a tip, $40 total. Probably won’t stay at this place again."

"Hotel clean, nice pool, great location, access to a private beach was a plus. The rooms were disappointing. Although nice view of the ocean from our room, we also had to look at the top of the building below which was dirty and an eyesore. The room was also outdated and had some minor issues with things not working properly. It did not feel like an upgraded experience. They hotel was very nice nice and accommodating about it and gave us credit to use at the restaurants. Overall nice experience."

"Beautiful views and a good location! The staff was very friendly and every person we interacted with was great! The restaurant was delicious!! Snorkeling and restaurants walking distance. We had an accessible room for some reason and when we showered the whole bathroom floor would be soaking wet so we would slip around which was annoying. Our door was broken and very hard to open and close. I felt bad for the other guests when I had to leave early for an excursion because my door was so loud...

"Bathroom was not great condition. Breakfast should be included. Casino is poorly run, people claiming they had money on the machines and supposedly walking away and claiming they left money on them. Management needs make this look into, travelers can feel more protected from outsiders. I will never want to make reservations here due to not feeling safe."

"Wanted to really like this place. Advertises right on the water which it is. You can’t access it due to rocks and waves but it is waterfront. Pool is nice and 24 hours! Great! Staff were super helpful and very nice. Room needed some TLC very dated and simple. Not the nicest, but clean. Beds were firm but pillows comfortable and clean. Plenty of parking. "The staff was exceptional, night life was great, pools are beautiful and service around the pool is a plus. We love the Banyon Tree so that is an attraction. Only drawbacks were the room does not have a lot of lighting but that is really the vibe of the whole hotel. The halls were noisy after 10 pm at night, certainly not the hotel’s fault. Overall, truly a very special place and I can’t wait to come back!"
