As soon as I walked it the room smelled like smoke and this was supposed to be a smoke free room. The bed was very uncomfortable comforter had burn holes in it. Spark by Hilton Redlands
The staff was so friendly and were very accommodating! The room was also very spacious and it had plenty of room for 3 people plus a whole lot of luggage. The only thing was that our room never got any hand soap during our stay despite asking for it, but it was not a big deal :)
