It was a very nice property & easy to get around to places by just walking. I disliked that their parking was sold out when it was barely 4pm. So we had to park elsewhere during our stay. The cleanliness in the room was average, the towels we got were dirty luckily we brought our own.

This was our second time staying at Bristol Hotel and we love it! We love how close it is to pretty much everything, whether you’re walking or driving and the area is nice. The rooms and the bathroom are a very decent size and we loved how clean everything was. The hotel staff is always lovely as well and we have never had any issues!

The property is well maintained, clean, and spacious room, with friendly staff and good coffee. However, it’s a bit noisy if the room faces the trolly street. I recommend this place as it is near and within walking distance of Little Italy, Gaslamp, and the airport. Overall, it is a nice place.

My room had multiple bugs in it. The next day housekeeping was cleaning on my floor. I asked the house keeper who was only one door down to leave multiple towels — Not only did she not leave multiple towels. She didn’t even clean the room! I called front desk that night and their response was house keeping got busy so they couldn’t get to my room. Offered to clean it the next day, knowing that I was checking out. I had to then ask for towels. I was there for two nights. By night two the soap in the bathroom was empty! Meaning they didn’t even fill up the shower soap dispenser before I checked in. Also, prior to arriving I requested something in the room and one agent said they’ve taken care of it and when I went to check in the other agent said it wasn’t even in the notes. Poor stay all around. I want a full refund.

We had a room with 2 double beds. It was spacious; it included a dining table and 4 chairs, plus 2 upholstered chairs. The tub/shower combo had grab bars. The beds were comfortable. We didn't hear any noise that bothered us; our room faced another building. The trolley line is just around the corner. There are many food choices in the area, including Mendocino Farms Deli, which is next door. There was nothing about this hotel that we didn't like and we hope to return soon.

The Ladies at the front desk were great upon arrival. Very professional very nice. Hotel was very clean. The price was very reasonable. I Have no complaints. Next time I come to San Diego, I will stay here again.

L’hôtel, la propreté, l’emplacement étaient parfaits. Notre voisin de chambre beaucoup moins. J’ai dû descendre à la réception à 2h30 du matin car je n’avais pas encore fermé l’œil tellement c’était bruyant dans la chambre adjacente. Comme la chambre était prépayée avec Expédia, ils n’ont pu procéder au crédit. J’ai eu seulement le stationnement.
