"Awesome resort!! Just a beautiful venue! Every room is modern and most of them have incredible views. The resort is family oriented but not too kid oriented, I say that with best intentions because kids will have a good time. Great for crowds under 21 and over 35. Two restaurants with three bars. "On our first day there, the plumbing broke because one of the rooms had bathtub overflow. We couldn’t take showers and had to go to an event. Mgr offered 25K points. Not a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff needs to be trained on guest service. I called the day we were checking in to let them know we will check in late. I didn’t have my confirmation number. "Overall my stay was amazing and the environment and service was also good. There was a convenient store literally 1 min away so if you did need anything last minute that was there. I didnt dine in any of there restaurants that they have but im sure I wouldve enjoyed that aswell as it was pretty busy. The room was also well maintained and the tv provided Good channels. One thing I would say is that the Bathroom(Bathtub/ Shower) does need a little updating but the sink and the mirror was nice....

"Checked in the room and had a musty smell, then the A/C didn’t work, went to front desk, and they didn’t have an extra room, so they offered me a full refund or partial refund if I were to stay the night. I opted to get a full refund, but I had to contact Expedia. Called Expedia about the situation and they called the hotel twice at different times to get a confirmation but the hotel never picked up, both times!! This is so annoying and such an inconvenience that I had to look for another hotel...
