"The room was clean but dated. The toilet drained slowly. It stopped draining and we were unable to have maintenance fix it for 12 hours because there was no one there. It was fixed after our second trip to the desk in the morning (once maintenance arrived). The cordless phone didn't actually charge (because there was no cord to plug in the base) so it was basically a throwback to look at from the 90s. Breakfast included was hot and fresh. "I had a very pleasant stay overall, mainly due to the great customer service. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.
The shuttle service was a major plus, as they were very flexible with airport timing and even drove guests to other locations around town such as the Marine Base nearby. They were also very helpful in holding my suitcases for the day after checkout. The lobby is beautifully decorated and clean, and the breakfast was very nice.
