"Pay attention to your booking. They tried to give us a basic room at check after we paid $300 more to upgrade to a premium room. Also check your bill at check out. The property was okay. Staff could have been a bit more friendly. Food options were limited on the property. IMO it wasn’t worth the money we spent. "

"My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights. We’d chosen a room with a view over the marina and that was definitely a great choice. As we had one of the rooms where the hotel extends out, we had two balconies which offered us a stunning all around view of the marina. "I enjoyed my weekend stay here. It was in a very convenient location right off the freeway, only a few minutes from Old Town and a short drive into Balboa Park and more of the downtown area. The room was clean and plenty spacious for a solo traveler, housekeeping was excellent in resetting the room every day while I was out.
