"The hotel was good. Shuttle was good as well. It runs every half hour. I don’t know why people had made bad reviews on it. We were totally fine. It was quiet clean. The staff were very helpful. Recommend this day very close to the airport."

"This hotel is in a prime location as you can walk to the piers or any of the sweet neighborhoods nearby. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well as in the hotel. We felt very safe at all times in the area. The staff was amazing. We had an issue with a crying baby in the next room (poor thing), but we asked to switch to another room and they were happy to help. The only thing we could say is that the AC is kind of off. Our first room it never cooled down. The second room was a two...

"Overall the property was nice. Our room was on the 4th floor which provided a nice view. There were some hairs on a pillow. When I asked for new pillow cases the front desk man accommodated my request quickly and apologized for the inconvenience. Also, the rug and chaise lounge were visibly stained in large areas so we refrained from sitting on the chaise and kept our shoes on to walk around the room."

"Room was comfortable and attractive enough. Tiny bathroom. Door actually scraped the toilet when shut! Loved the good free coffee, excellent cookies and apples. Although bananas and oranges would have been more welcome. Excellent location. Across the street from Union Sq. Short walk to BART and Powell St. Cable car. Would consider staying again. Several comparable hotels nearby. 8.5/10."

"Would not let me check in even though I'm 18. Nothing was said on the website as about not being 21 to check in. Desk clerk was rude."

"Breakfast was always served jhot"

"Room I booked is not what I received. Family members did not have the number of needed beds and had to sleep on the couch."

"Beautiful hotel. Great in room espresso. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay here again!"
