"Hotel was conveniently located to the airport and staff was nice."

"Nice hotel with great service. We stayed one night at the Hyatt as we needed a hotel near the SF airport for an early flight the next day. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the service was excellent. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable .We needed extra towels for our kids, which were sent to our room within minutes. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport, which is very convenient."

"Long breakfast wait is long if you’re not arrive early. Parking fee is relatively cheap compared to nearby hotels. Bathroom door isn’t well planned."

"Great location! Walking distance to everything from Chinatown to North Beach to the Ferry Building. Staff was nice and friendly. They were stripping the floors in the main entrance, which caused some traffic coming and going and loud noise. Seemed like odd timing knowing they had increased traffic with the World Cup, to choose then to do the floors and block off the exit doors. Due to high traffic, the elevators always seemed to be a wait. Only 1 set (of 4) elevators for the...
