"Hotel was amazing very clean staff were great and loved the breakfast only thing was when I booked it I read they had a shuttle bus it said dropping you in Rome and surrounding areas they need to reword it because they only drop you at train station and only maybe twice a day and when we tried to book it was full we spent an absolute fortune on taxis but hotel room with balcony was very good"

"We stayed here for 2 nights and the location is fabulous. We had a fantastic view of the pantheon and walked everywhere easily from the hotel. Our room was clean and functional. The hotel has a set of stairs to get to the small lift and these could use an update. The stairs are stained and worn and during the day have cleaning supplies for the housekeeping staff strewn on them. Small changes to this area would go a long way in improving the hotels visuals for guests. The front desk staff were...
