"The experience did not live up to the luxury reputation or price point. The stay started off poorly when we were initially greeted by a timeshare salesperson instead of a welcoming hotel representative. It immediately created an uncomfortable and overly sales-driven first impression, which is not what you expect when arriving at a high-end resort.
The butler service was also disappointing. Responses were inconsistent, delayed at times, and overall not very helpful. For a resort that promotes...
