Just breath taking views. Delicious food and staff who would go the extra mile. Highly recommend

You press a button in your room and someone comes and lights the open fire for you! This hotel is a piece of history in the centre of mayan culture, and it is also a luxury hotel. I can't recommend it highly enough.

A stunning property with amazing views. It is nestled into the side of the mountain and designed to make the most of the lake views. There is lots of attention to detail. My room was beautiful and very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were great, which also had a lake view! It was nice to have the Guatemalan breakfast included in my rate. There isn’t anywhere else that’s walkable. All the staff were lovely and made every effort to ensure I had the best stay. I used the hotel’s recommended...

Tzampoc Resort has one of the best views of one of the most amazing places in the world! Its infinite pool gives you the chance to feel you are swimming into Atitlán lake from the heights and touch the three volcanoes surrounding the lake. With a resident Chef, food lives up to anyone`s expectations. Staff is helpful and polite. Accommodation spaces are clean and comfortable with a superb view and tasteful decoration. If you drive yourself there, just be aware that the entrance is just for the...

We had managed to book this room without properly realising that the hotel could only be accessed via boat. A quick call the night before was enough to sort out this problem as the hotel provided a boat to the nearby village of San Antonio. The hotel itself has a spectacular setting with beautiful views of Lake Attitlan. The service was first class with enough support with what we wanted but leaving us alone to enjoy ourselves as well. A good understanding of Spanish is helpful as the staff do...

Beautiful hotel. With a great pool and views. The staff were also extremely helpful.

Property is very beautiful, clean and Luis is an excellent host

At an exceptional property with the most breathtaking views, the staff were outstanding. A special shout out for Diana who was always on hand to make sure our stay was perfect. Especially liked the WhatsApp food ordering and dine anywhere arrangement as there were so many magical places to eat. This really is an outstanding hotel

A place of extreme peace. Loved our stay even if the endless Christmas music over 3 days really became a bit too much. The location is gorgeous, the staff and locals are all so friendly, the view is amazing and the climate is utterly perfect. Crisp mornings and evenings, perfect for sleeping, and bright, warm sunny days. One thing to note. We travelled from London and whenever heading west jet lag always has us up at 4-5am the first days. I love a morning coffee, my wife a tea. Unfortunately...

Staff were helpful, big rooms, good breakfast, close to main area

Excellent staff, location, food, amenities. I will stay here again if I ever return to Lake Atitlan.

A peaceful sanctuary right in the middle of the tourist area. The spa area is really good, if your pool is not quite hot enough they turn on the volcano and bring it up to proper onsen temperature, which is pretty cool. Very clean rooms. We didnt have breakfast as the hotel is surround by eating options.

This hotel is in a prime location on the lakeside. It’s also in easy walking distance of Panajachel with good restaurants. The staff make this place and couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. The gardens are well kept and the restaurant food was fair value. However…. Unfortunately the room looked like a motel pull in. We could have been anywhere. The decor was retro 60s not colourful Guatemala. The room was large but the bathroom not well appointed. A tiny sink, tired and hanging on the wall...
